NEW HVAC & INSTALLATION - AMERICAN STANDARD SILVER 15 Series Electric

HVAC Installation -
Complete System Change Out -
Closet or Attic Application
All Equipment will be installed with high levels of quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Each complete system installed will include: (Not Limited To)
- Pull Permit with the local municipality. This is required by Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
- Perform Manual J Heat Load. This allows us to determine the accurate BTU’s required to condition the space.
- Removal of old Equipment.
- We will clean closet or attic areas where microbial growth may be present prior to setting new
equipment down.
- Install new ¾ inch decking underneath units in the closet. This will allow the new unit to be stable and level.
- Paint Decking and entire closet (where applicable).
- New 4.5 to 5-inch Media Air Cleaner. This Filtration system will keep the air you breath cleaner by filtering dust particles as small as
.01 microns. In addition to protecting your newly installed system from dirt and dust buildup.
- Fabricate all Return and Supply Ductwork Connections to properly Transition into the New
Equipment. This will allow for smooth airflow without any turbulence. We will ensure proper Duct angle to
prevent water travel in the event drainage issues arise.
- Properly tie-in existing high and low voltage wires to the new equipment with the proper Romex
and Seal Tight Connectors.
- Properly tie-in existing drain lines into the system and secure all connections with Primer and
Glue.
- Flush and prime drain lines to ensure proper drainage upon system start up.
- Properly re-pipe existing copper lines into the equipment and braze all copper connections.
- Pressure test the system with Nitrogen at 150 PSI. to ensure the system is free of leaks.
- Pull Vacuum on the system to 500 Microns. This will ensure non condensables are not trapped in the system.
- New Pro Series Thermostat or Wifi Enabled Thermostat- (Thermostat Model depends on the
choosen option.) Allows you to program your Thermostat for different temperatures throughout the day.
- New Fusible Electrical Disconnect with Whip. This allows for electrical circuit protection to meet code requirements.
- New float switches.
The float switch shut the system down in the event the drain line backs up.
- Re insulate sections of Suction Line and Condensate Lines.
This will increase system efficiency and prevent lines from sweating.
- Install Airex UV Line set protector.
This protects the newly insulated line outdoors from UV damage.
- Seal off Return completely with Duct Board.
This will prevent any warm air infiltration into your system.
- Anchor Condensing Unit to new Hurricane Concrete Pad and ensure the Pad is level. (where
applicable).
- Hurricane Pad meets Windstorm Code requirements.
- Disposal of all trash and old Equipment.
Once your system has been installed, we will Test the system for proper operations and ensure proper Freon levels. We will perform final inspection on the system within two weeks to ensure the equipment meets all LAS stringent installation standards.
We will back our work with a MINIMUM of a LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY, 12
MONTH LABOR WARRANTY, and a 120 MONTH PARTS WARRANTY.
All Residential Installations are backed by our Risk Reversal Guarantee. In the event the system
we install does not perform properly or has persistent breakdowns that we can not resolve within
the first year we will issue a 100% refund. Conditions Apply.
